As you can see from the sample image on the left side. We have to say that we really love and like this new painting style. It look really bright and clean. It would have some similar painting style like us but the detail of the color and style is totally different.

Clients can choose their own design and color, Just inform us that they need them in the new painting style.

One of our popular product is "Painted Tile" which produced by professional tile painter. Our painter will paint the tile piece by piece in order to keep its original beauty and style that new technology could not do it. Each tile will have its own character, even they are the same design but each tiles will have their unique point.

Our painted tiles are produced by using the traditional way by painting piece by piece and fired at high temperature so clients can be sure that they will get the high quality tile that can be use both indoor and outdoor. Not only this but painted tile also has a long age of using (Long-Lasting). As we used a very good chemical for tile to cover its surface and please do not worry about the tile chemical as we use only the good grade chemical which will not harm or damage your health.

WHO IS THAI ANTIQUE TILES?

Thai Antique Tiles by L2N Limited Partnership is a tile producer and distributor which have a factory located in Lamprang, Thailand.

Our products are glazed clay tile, Bali compressed stone and painted tile that will make your project become the original and different from the others. Our factory is using the traditional way to produce the tiles in order to keep their original and beauty. Not only these but we also concern about the quality then we use the high quality machine to ensure that all of our products will be come out with the high quality durable and long-lasting.

Our tiles are fire at high temperature (1250-1300 C.) which is the best temperature for glazed clay tile. Each of glazed clay tiles will shade variation; this is an inherent of them.

กระเบื้องเคลือบดินเผา

เป็นกระเบื้องที่ผลิตจากดินลำปาง ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นดินที่มีความเหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับการนำมาผลิตกระเบื้องเคลือบดินเผา เนื่องจากแร่ในดินนั้นจะช่วยทำให้ กระเบื้องมีความทนทานและเป็นธรรมชาติ ประกอบกับการเผาดินกระเบื้องด้วยไฟสูงถึง 1200 องศา แต่ละที่นั้นจะมีกรรมวิธีการผลิตที่แตกต่างกันไป แต่วิธีที่ดีที่สุดนั้นคือการ ยึดเอาหลักการผลิตแบบดั้งเดิม



เพื่อที่จะคงเอกลักษณ์ของรูปแบบ และ สีสรร ของกระเบื้องชนิดนี้เอาไว้ ถึงแม้ว่าจะพยายามยึดหลักการผลิตแบบดั้งเดิมเอาไว้ แต่เพื่อกระเบื้องที่คุณภาพ และ ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ทางโรงงานจึงได้พัฒนารูปแบบการผลิต โดยการนำเครื่องจักรสมัยใหม่มาช่วยในการทำงาน ให้ได้กระเบื้องที่มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เช่น การปั๊มแผ่นกระเบื้อง ที่สามารถช่วยให้กระเบื้องทุกแผ่นมีขนาดเท่ากันได้มาตรฐาน

กระเบื้องประเภทนี้หากไม่ผลิตอย่างถูกต้อง และ ใช้วัสดุที่เหมาะสมแล้ว จะมีอายุการใช้งานที่สั้น และ ดุไม่เป็นธรรมชาติ เมื่อผ่านการใช้งานซักระยะหนึ่ง จะมีคราบสกปรกซึมเข้าไปในตัวกระเบื้อง และ สีอาจจะซีด ทำให้ดูไม่สวยงาม และ ต้องเสียเงินเสียทองในการแก้ไข ซึ่งคิดว่าไม่น่าจะคุ้มหากจำเป็นต้องจ่ายเงินกับ กระเบื้องประเภทนี้ถึง สอง รอบภายในระยะเวลาอันสั้น เนื่องจากกระเบื้องประเภทนี้ จริงๆแล้วมีอายุการใช้งานที่ยาวนาน
